Professional development
We encourage our employees to continually increase their knowledge through training and formal education, which strengthens the skills of our workforce and expands the level of support that we can provide our military customers.
JT4 employees have access to thousands of classes, videos and books in our online, state-of-the-art learning platform, and they collectively take hundreds of educational courses each month.
Employees interested in furthering their education in a related field of study may also be reimbursed 100 percent for both tuition and books. Take advantage of JT4’s Employee Educational and Training Assistance Program (EETAP) when pursuing accredited degree programs or professional certificates.
My time working for JT4 has been a great experience. The company has several programs to help support the continued development of employees, and I was able to take advantage of one, the EETAP program. This program provides 100% compensation of tuition and books when pursuing further education.
